Trump names GOP chairman Priebus as chief of staff

President-elect Donald Trump named Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus as his White House chief of staff on Sunday, putting his trust in a Washington party figure after railing against the political establishment from the start of his candidacy.
Mr. Trump on Sunday also named Steve Bannon, who was in consideration for the White House’s top personnel position, as chief strategist and senior counsel.
