Katy Perry donated $10,000 to Planned Parenthood on Friday night, urging fans to follow her lead. The firm Hillary Clinton supporter noted it's "time to turn words into action" and take a stand on behalf of the organization. "Planned Parenthood educated me on my body and my reproductive health, so that I could focus on my dreams," Perry wrote in a touching Instagram post. Since the elections, the organization has received a flow of donations amid fears that Trump's pro-life policy could result in a lobby to ban funding.
