Anti-Donald Trump protesters took to the streets of Portland for the third night in a row on November 10. Portland police department tweeted that “due to extensive criminal and dangerous behavior, protest is now considered a riot.”Police said Twitter that “anarchist groups” in the crowd were responsible for breaking windows, and warned peaceful protesters to demonstrate at Pioneer Square or be subject to arrest.
