The Uruguayan capital of Montevideo recently played host to the inaugural Americas Pacific Challenge, a tournament designed to develop the next generation of stars to compete professionally on the world stage. With rugby growing in South America, the tournaments aim is to help players and national teams regularly qualify for the Rugby World Cup.
