A heartwarming footage has emerged from the US of a seven-year-old boy leading his class in reciting ''I am somebody''.

The video, shot in Minneapolis on March 6, shows Winston, who was born with Down Syndrome, standing up in front of his classmates and leading them in reciting the poem.

''We are so proud of him! He has so many abilities and the more we focus on those things the more we see what's possible,'' the filmer later wrote online.

''Winston's smile and the love he gives is contagious. He is an amazing little guy that loves super heros, chocolate sundaes and can tell you endless facts about animals,'' she continued.
