Syria: Heavy Attacks on Aleppo City

Russia responded Tuesday to western allegations that its military has been carrying out raids in Aleppo that have led to the death of civilians. Russian defense minister Sergei Shoigu stated that they had not embarked on any raids in Aleppo for over two weeks. However, he said, during the same time, more than two thousand members of the so-called moderate opposition have launched heavy attacks on residential neighborhoods, schools, and hospitals.
