Sunway Bhd Managing Director Sarena Cheah talks about the property scene as well as opportunities in Malaysia and other markets. She also shares her thoughts on the developer-lending scheme. Sunway was one of the big winners at The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers’ Awards (TPDA) 2016. Ranked third in the Top 10 line-up, the developer also won the Best in Qualitative Attributes sub-award.
