While the KTM Duke 390 produces more power and torque from its higher capacity engine, the Kawasaki Ninja 300 uses a parallel-twin motor which redlines at a screaming 13,000 RPM.

We did multiple runs and the result were always the same. The Duke 390 is marginally faster in a quarter mile drag race but the Ninja 300 pulls very strongly once past 120 km/hr.
