NEWS: Govt may subsidise builders in rent-to-youth scheme

The government may subsidise private developers who build homes to be leased to youths with fixed jobs, should the builders fail to collect the expected amount of rent. The initiative is part of a raft of measures announced during the tabling of Budget 2017.
