NFL re-opens Josh Brown investigation after receiving new evidence
  • 8 years ago
The NFL is reopening its investigation of Giants' kicker Josh Brown after the league obtained documents pertaining to the latter's May 2015 domestic violence arrest. In light of the release of these documents yesterday, we will thoroughly review the additional information and determine next steps in the context of the NFL Personal Conduct Policy. We will not be making any comments on potential discipline until that time, Brown was originally suspended one game at the beginning of the 2016 season for violating the league's Personal Conduct Policy after conducting a 10-month long investigation. Brown practiced with the team Thursday before they boarded a flight to London for their Sunday morning game against the Rams. There is no confirmation as to whether he will play.
