Debate starts off very civil, very on message

The final presidential debate may have kicked off without a handshake, but both candidates have managed to remain extremely civil.
Debate moderator Chris Wallace reigned in the combative tones that have characterized the first two debates.
Wallace began the debate by asking Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton about the Supreme Court and how to interpret the Constitution, primarily how to uphold the second amendment.
