Adele's boyfriend pulls off the best anniversary surprise

Adele's longtime partner Simon Konecki made her a special surprise during the finalé of her Nashville concert on Tuesday night. The surprise was made for their fifth anniversary. Konecki wrote love notes on pieces of confetti that cascaded onto the stage. He had written sentiments including, "Happy Anniversary!" and "You are an angel" on pink confetti. The sweet gesture comes after Adele said she plans to be a mother again when the tour is over.
