Plane Makes Emergency Landing After Mechanical Issues in Manchester

It was a scary moment for flight bound for Lanzarote. The Jet2 plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Manchester Airport on October 2 when it ran into mechanical issues shortly after take off. The aircraft circled the airport for 40-minutes before landing and was met by fire crews on the run way.This was the third time in four weeks that the 29 year old boeing 757 was forced to return to the airport, shortly after take off, for similar issues.
