Madonna has just been named the recipient of Billboard's 2016 Woman of the Year award. Janice Min, President of Billboard Media. It's not hard to notice that Madonna has had a standout year. Her 10th world tour, The Rebel Heart Tour, reportedly grossed $169.8 million, making her the highest-grossing female touring artist of all time.
