In its Budget 2017 report, MIDF Research expects the government to aim for a slightly narrower lower fiscal deficit next year as well as offer tax relief to individual tax filers; MRCB says two companies interested in buying EDL; and Hong Kong’s Evergreen Offshore Inc sinks RM1 bil into the Malaysian tourism sector.
