A security camera captured video of a hit and run in an Illinois neighborhood. The damaged car's owner, Rob, says his car was hit by a vehicle but the driver fled. Rob says police followed an oil trail to the suspected vehicle but were unable to locate the driver. This accident remains under investigation.
