Donald Trump has targeted the NFL for its "soft" concussion protocol. While on a campaign stop in Lakeland, Florida, the GOP presidential nominee remarked on the NFL's procedures after a woman fainted at his rally. Trump told the crowd. At least nine players have been placed on injured reserve this season due to concussions, according to Spotrac.com. Trump also took shots at the NFL back in January for the number of penalties being called for head-on-head collisions.
