INGREDIENTS
1 POACHED EGG
BREAD
OLIVE OIL
GARLIC
TOMATO
CHARD
LEMON
DRY CHILI
SUMAC
CHOPPED RADISH
SALT
PEPPER
RED ONION

METHOD

PREPARATION:
BURN THE BREAD ON AN OPEN FLAME.

RUB GARLIC, TOMATO (HALVED), AND OLIVE OIL ON THE BREAD.

TOP THE BREAD WITH CHARD LEAVES THAT HAVE BEEN SLIGHTLY SOFTENED IN A PAN WITH OLIVE OIL AND SOME LEMON. AT THIS STAGE, YOU MAY ADD SOME DRY CHILI.

PUT THE POACHED EGG ON TOP, AND SEASON LIGHTLY WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND SUMAC.

SERVE WITH CHOPPED RADISH ON THE SIDE AND GARNISH WITH RED ONION.
