Patna's Mission 'Rescue Cow'

Rescue of a cow turned out to be a herculean task for Patna Municipal Corporation employees. It took 4 hours and a JCB machine to pull the cow out of the manhole causing the traffic on Bailey Road to move at snail's pace.
