The amazing story of Miracle the mini pig's survival against the odds

Heartwarming footage of a mini pig who had difficulties during birth and lost his back legs but survived against the odds.
The adorable video, filmed in Colorado, USA, earlier this week, shows Miracle the mini pig wandering around his enclosure on his front legs, proving that even severely disabled mini pigs can adapt to their disability.
Under usual circumstances, the mother would have abandoned a "sick" pig like this, but for some reason on this occasion she didn't, and now he's thriving.
The filmer later told his amazing story online, writing: "Miracle was born August 31 to a litter of six; he came out almost simultaneously with one sibling and both umbilical cords were still attached to mom so maybe he was squashed and didn't have room to grow.
"I didn't think he would live as moms usually abandon the 'sick'ones."
"I watched as he figured out how to walk on his front legs in a matter of a few minutes," she continued.
"Later that night I disturbed mom and he ended up about 2 1/2 feet away from her and I watched as he walked over to her, climbed over her head and push3e a sibling off 'his' nipple.
"I knew right then what a fighter he was; the next week was a lot of looking in on him to see if he was still thriving and to my surprise and delight he was.
"We are now in the process of getting a wheelchair made for him and preparing his future."
