UP Police parades girl in Kanpur!

While crime against women is on rise in state UP government's advice to police and administration to show sensitivity towards women is falling on deaf ears. Another chapter was added to the list of such shocking incidents on Tuesday in Kanpur. When police literally paraded a girl on road after body of a missing youth was found. Family members of the one killed beat the girl and then the she made to walk to the police station in the same condition.
