Vasantotsav 2016 at Raj Bhavan, Dehradun

The annual Vasantotsav or Spring Festival, opened in Raj Bhavan Dehradun on Saturday, saw a variety of flowers, ranging from lilies to carnations on display. During this Spring Festival, colours of culture and the flowers attracted the thousands of people everyday.
