The Mayor of Charlotte, Jennifer Roberts, is reluctant to release police footage of the Keith Scott shooting, as it is "inconclusive." Investigators in Charlotte face mounting pressure to release the footage, after protesters defied a curfew and marched through the North Carolina city's streets for a third straight night.
