Brendan Haywood posted his first double-double of the season with a season-high 12 points and a season-high-tying 12 rebounds as the Dallas Mavericks scored a season-high 116 points in the 116-101 win over Utah on Friday night. Mavericks guard Rodrigue Beaubois made his first start of the season in place of the injured Delonte West. Beaubois finished with a season-high 22 points. He added a season-high-tying six rebounds, a career-high seven assists and a career-high four blocks in a season-high 36 minutes.
