Dirk Nowitzki recorded a season-high 40 points and added six rebounds as the Dallas Mavericks defeated the Utah Jazz 102-96.The Mavericks broke the century mark in scoring for the first time in their last eight games. Dallas held Utah to 96 points on the night.

Jason Terry came off the bench to score 22 points as Lamar Odom returned to action after missing the last four games due to personal reasons and tallied nine points, five rebounds, three assists and a season-high three blocked shots. Utah's Paul Millsap scored a team-high 24 points in the Jazz loss.
