NY Mayor now say’s explosion was act of terrorism

September 18, 2016 – A explosion rocked a Chelsea street Saturday night — injuring at least 29 people, blasting out windows and sending scores of panicked pedestrians running for their lives, cops and witnesses said.
NY Mayor say’s it was a act of terrorism, but international terrorism, and telling all citizens to be vigilant. See something to call it in.
All 29 injured have been released from the hospital.
