Jessica Alba’s eco-friendly retailer, The Honest Company, may soon be taken over by consumer goods giant Unilever, according to a new report. The deal is reportedly valued at more than $1 billion, but below the $1.7 billion that valuation the Honest Company achieved in a previous funding round. The company generates roughly $300 million in annual revenue. It sells disposable baby diapers, household cleaners, personal-care and beauty products and has built a loyal following among young mothers.
