Footage of armed police officers responding to an incident in Waterloo, London after an man "intimated" that he was armed with a gun.

The video, captured by a resident, shows officers and police dogs walking down the cordoned off road.

The filmer later wrote online: "I work in an office opposite Windmill Walk where the 'gunman' is, police running up and down with guns."
