The footage was shared on September 9 and shows a bespectacled, balding man creeping around a home.
According to the individual who submitted the recording, the window being peered into offers a view of his 17-year-old daughter’s bedroom.
Within 24 hours, the suspect was identified and has since been taken into custody.
