A driver couldn’t stop his vehicle and ended up dangling midair at a downtown Austin parking garage on Friday, September 9. The 2004 Toyota 4Runner got caught on the garage’s high-tension wires, according to KHOU, quoting Austin police. The 24-year-old driver climbed back into the building with the help of a bystander.
