The Wait Is Over: Pokémon GO Plus set for release next week

Niantic and The Pokémon Company have confirmed the new “Pokémon GO Plus” wristband will debut in “most countries” next week on September 16th. “Pokémon GO Plus is a companion device that connects to your phone over Bluetooth® Smart (the Bluetooth low energy connection designed for health and fitness applications." Players will now be free to go out for a walk or run and not need to look at their phones all the time.
