PD: Elderly woman bound, slapped by caregiver

Police records show that on Aug. 10, the 89-year-old victim was tied to a chair with a phone cord and slapped on her head and face by her caregiver, 44-year-old Elena Martin, for two hours while the victim asked to be released.
