A very uplifting and atmospheric theme by the Microsoft OOBE team that few actually heard on installation since the default sound driver was bad.
I absolutely loved it and really squirmed when hearing it in a VM, it's such a sweet sounding theme and brings to life the beginning of Windows XP and also its end.
15 years later, today and we are celebrate!
