YRF head honcho Aditya Chopra and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who had teamed up in the past to make films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabbatein and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, will come together once again next year.
However, the two, who have always teamed up for love stories, will try a different genre this time, we hear. A little birdie says that the two will work on a period drama, in which SRK will essay the role of a warrior. Adi will reportedly start working on the big-budget film after he wraps up Befikre, which stars Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor. This is the second time that Khan will play a character from an ancient era as he had played the lead role in Asoka too.
Khan's next project is Raees, which will see him playing a bootlegger from Gujarat.
