The Buffalo Bills will have second-year running back Karlos Williams ready to go on the practice field starting Monday. Williams passed his physical, but is still facing discipline by the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Williams certainly accounted for a solid amount of production in his rookie season, running for 517 yards and seven touchdowns.
