Impressive footage has emerged from China of an artist carving Chinese zodiac images onto the glass off light bulbs.

The video, filmed in Jining, Shandong Province on Tuesday, shows Kong Qingsi carving different patterns onto plates and glass panels, before demonstrating how he can also carve onto light bulb glass.

Kong broke the world record for carving the most Chinese zodiac symbols onto a light bulb.
