On Tuesday, Donald Trump responded to the unfavorable open letter signed by 50 Republicans who are among the nation’s most seasoned security experts. 
The document asserts that Trump, "would be the most reckless President in American history" and predicts he would put U.S. security, “at risk.” 
Trump expressed his thoughts about the message via Twitter, noting, “I am running against the Washington insiders, just like I did in the Republican Primaries. These are the people that have made U.S. a mess!” 
On Fox Business Network, he said the group was likely upset because, “I wasn’t using any of them, and they would have loved to have been involved with the campaign."
Those who signed the letter include former CIA and NSA director Michael V. Hayden and secretaries of Homeland Security during Bush administration, Michael Chertoff and Tom Ridge.
