Tropical Storm Javier Blows Past Cabo, Weakens

Tropical Storm Javier pushed past Cabo San Lucas on the tip of Baja California on Monday, August 8, but had weakened to a slow-moving tropical depression by Tuesday morning. Cabo officials moved residents from low-lying areas as the storm was expected to drop up to 8 inches of rain as it moved north. This video shows the peak moment of the storm in Cabo.
