Man Gets Arrested After Throwing Rocks at Excavator

This video shows a very strange scene. A shirtless man repeatedly throws rocks at an excavator outside a kindergarten school in Finland. The excavator is deftly maneuvered by the driver to avoid any rocks hitting or breaking the glass windscreen. Eventually the police arrive, arresting the man throwing the rocks.
