How to see who viewed your facebook profile Timeline 2016-2017

1.Facebook algorithm -- Algorithm that facebook uses is called as "Edge rank". It works on three broad parameters -- Affinity, weight, time decay. For example I see profile picture of a facebook friend, share it on my timeline and after one hour read a content posted by my friend on his wall and like that too.
In this process I have developed affinity with my friend, which means relationship, Sharing has higher weight then a like or viewing. Time decay means -- recency of the activity, since these two activities are perfomed in one hour, so time decay plays role.
This was important to understand because some one whose name appears on top of profile views may not have viewed your profile most recently but he may be someone with higher edge rank with you.
2.Descending order -- You must do it yourself by checking out few id's at the top and bottom of list to realize for yourself that names that appear on top have higher edgerank with you vs the one whose names appear at bottom.
If you check this every day on the top 5 people to know who has seen your facebook profile, you will notice some variation. Assuming you spend lot of time on facebook.
3.Inactive friends -- There may be someone who is not your active friend but is looking at your facebook profile trying to know more about you, by opening your profile and finding ways to build affinity, you can know that by learning this process.
4.Indirect method -- Facebook does not provide a direct method to know -- Facebook profile visitors but by looking at the page source and copying the code as explained in the video, you can easily come to know who has seen your facebook profile the most.
5.Fun to learn -- This is actually fun to learn as well, your friends may not know of this and you can surprise them by telling them every time they look at your profile.
