Woman Pops Hair To Get Rid of Headaches | Hair Popping

This woman has always had excruciating headaches until she found an interesting way to get rid of them. By pulling her hair gently, it would make a loud popping noise and relieve the tension in her head. I don't understand this one bit, can somebody please explain?
