Tropical Storm Earl Makes Landfall in Cancun

Stormy weather continued to affect Cancun, Mexico, on Thursday, August 4, after Hurricane Earl made landfall in Belize earlier in the day. The hurricane, which was then downgraded to a tropical storm after making landfall, weakened while moving towards the southern Yucatan Peninsula and northern Guatemala.
