Rio 2016: Military deployed to tourist sites

Brazil is deploying the military to patrol the symbolic tourist sites in Rio de Janeiro to guard against what it calls a “minimal” chance of an attack. The country has never experienced a terrorist attack, but it is no stranger to violence.
