Aerial Footage Shows Extent of Damage From Ellicott City Flooding

Aerial footage shows the aftermath of the flooding which took place on July 30 in historic Ellicott City, Maryland. As much as 6 inches of rain fell in about three hours Saturday night, leading the nearby Patapsco River to rise 13 feet, in turn causing severe flash-floods that left two people dead.
