Pedestrian Mindlessly Runs Into Traffic

Info from Licensor: "I am a pizza delivery driver and was just returning to work from a delivery. There appears to be a pedestrian running across the intersection with a do not walk sign. I thought he would wait in the median for traffic to clear, so I proceeded. He then ran in front of mine and everyone's cars. People honked and he waved "sorry".
