Ryan Fitzpatrick has returned to the New York Jets on a two-year deal, the first of which he's guaranteed to make $12 million. ESPN's Adam Schefter noted "the deal also includes another $3 million in incentives, which could boost [its] value to $15 million, per [a] source." Head coach Todd Bowles has confirmed Fitzpatrick's starting role as quarterback.
