Inspired by upcoming Halloween celebration, I made this chop suey with Halloween twist.
Ingredients

For Frying noodles: 1 noodle cake
Salt to taste
Water to immerse the noodles
Oil to deep fry
Sweet & tangy sauce: Chicken strips 200 gm boneless
Chopped garlic: 2 tsp
Chopped ginger: 1 tsp
1 medium onion thinly sliced
Vegetables of your choice (1 cup carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum)
1 cup tomato ketch up
1/2 cup red chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Water as required ( 2 cups )
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp sugar to taste
Spring onions
Monster eyes: 2 capsicum rings
2 eggs
1 black olives cut into halves
Salt
