Hit and Run by BMW on Elderly Woman on Mobility Scooter

Occurred on July 1, 2016 / Eindhoven, Netherlands
Info from Licensors: "I was just driving home from work, when I saw the elderly lady fall onto the road. At first I didn't realize the BMW's involvement and because of all the help speeding to the lady, I initially drove on. After a few meters I realized I might have recorded the incident (just had the dashcam for 3 days) and returned to the scene 4 minutes later. At that time everyone was already gone. I guess the lady didn't sustain any injuries." - Micha Bessems
