136 African Americans have been killed by the US police in 2016, according to a project by the Guardian. The latest of that Philando Castile has triggered the latest law and order crisis in Texas. A day earlier, a graphic video filmed by Castle's girlfriend using Facebook Live showed Castile bleeding from gunshot wounds.
