Chef Tom Colicchio on America's record obesity rates

Responding to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's recent findings that obesity rates have yet again increased, 'Top Chef' head judge Tom Colicchio says U.S. agriculture policy is to blame for Americans' ever-expanding waistlines, noting that the lion's share of subsidies currently go to crops used to make processed food.
